Dr. Corman’s interest in global health was solidified during the COVID-19 pandemic after observing public engagement and response to a global crisis. He pursued this interest and completed his MPH in 2024 with a a particular interest and focus on global health. During his public health training, he researched vector-borne diseases in Jamaica and its increasing health burden in the face of climate change and helped develop a policy brief for effective information dissemination during epidemics and pandemics. Dr. Corman remains committed to healthcare advocacy, innovation, and equity, both locally and globally.
