Susan Cu-Uvin Global Health Leadership Award

This award recognizes a faculty member from the Division of Biology and Medicine who has made significant contributions to Brown’s global health and equity efforts. The award is presented at the annual Global Health and Equity Symposium. 

Susan Cu-Uvin's Legacy

Dr. Cu-Uvin was the founding director of the Global Health Initiative from its establishment in 2009 until she stepped down at the end of 2023. Her retirement is set for December 2025.
